To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. We kindly ask that items meet these conditions so we can process your request smoothly and efficiently. Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.
Handmade & Natural Dye Characteristics
Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of our garments, each piece is unique in color and texture. Slight variations in dye, tone, or fabric texture are natural characteristics of plant-dyed, handcrafted items and are not considered defects.
We understand that every piece in our collection is hand-dyed and unique, with natural variations in color and pattern. Because of this, not all items can be exchanged for an exact match. Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. To request an exchange, please contact us with photos of the item and a brief description of your request. Our team will review availability and guide you through the next steps.
For items with available stock
We’re happy to assist with exchanges for a different size. Please note that due to the nature of plant dyeing, each piece carries subtle variations, and exchanged items may not be an exact match to the original. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Replacement items will be carefully prepared and shipped once the original order is received and inspected.
For unique, limited, or discontinued pieces
Some items are one-of-a-kind or no longer in production and cannot be exchanged. In these cases, we are pleased to offer store credit.
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. This timeframe allows us to inspect returned, hand-finished pieces and manage our small-batch inventory responsibly.
Returns are accepted for store credit only. Refunds to original payment methods are not offered. Store credit is issued for the value of the merchandise only; original shipping fees and taxes are not included.
Store credit will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item and will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Store credit may be applied toward future merchandise purchases on our site.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
- If an item arrives damaged or we shipped the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will cover return shipping and make it right.
- After we receive and inspect a return, please allow up to 7 business days for store credit issuance or up to 7 business days for shipping of approved exchanges.
All items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
